2.1 Information You Provide

  • Account Information: Name, email address, password, and organization details when you register.
  • Billing Information: Payment card details processed by our PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
  • Job Role Data: Job descriptions, screening criteria, and assessment settings you create.
  • Candidate Data: Resumes, application responses, and contact information submitted by candidates who apply to your roles.
  • Communications: Messages you send us via email, support tickets, or our contact form.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Pages viewed, features used, time spent, click patterns, and navigation paths.
  • Device & Log Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, and timestamps.

2.3 Information from Third Parties

  • Single sign-on providers (Google, Microsoft) if you choose to log in through them.
  • Job boards or ATS integrations you connect to your workspace.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and improve the Service.
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions.
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, notifications, invoices).
  • Generate AI-powered scoring and screening results for candidates.
  • Respond to your inquiries and provide customer support.
  • Monitor and analyze usage trends to improve user experience.
  • Detect, prevent, and address technical issues and fraud.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties for their marketing purposes.

4. Sharing & Disclosure

We may share your information with:

  • Service Providers: Trusted vendors (cloud hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict data processing agreements.
  • Within Your Organization: Admins and reviewers in your workspace can access data relevant to your subscription.
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice to affected users.

Mobile Messaging Data (A2P 10DLC Compliance) No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We do not share candidate personal data with parties outside your organization except as described above.

5. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Candidate data associated with a role is retained for 24 months after the role closes, then deleted or anonymized unless you request earlier deletion.

You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting [email protected]. We will process deletion requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS/HTTPS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, regular penetration testing, and SOC 2 Type II compliance (in progress).

7. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
